Individuals who are able to identify, evaluate, and effectively solve problems all while applying a logical reason- based approach. Must be self motivated, able to work continuously at a fast pace. You must demonstrate a positive attitude toward safety, product quality, product schedule, as well as cost. All individuals must comply with all company policies and procedures.
